Toy Tractor Parade

Guidelines:
1. The Toy Tractor Parade is OPEN to any boy ages 2-6.
2. Pre-Registration will begin at 7:00 PM.  Entry fee is $5.  Please make checks payable to Pendleton County Youth Fair.
3. Ages used for participation will be determined as of July 1, 2014.
4. Participants will be judged 50% on Tractor Decoration and 50% on Boy’s Appearance.
5. Judges decisions are final.
